What we collect
When you send an enquiry
- Your name and WhatsApp number.
- Who you are (for example cooperative, farm owner, CBG developer, lender), what you are planning, your state and district, the scale of your project and your timeline.
- Anything you write to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
When you browse the site
- The pages you visit, the page that referred you, and basic browser details.
- An approximate location (city, state and country) worked out from your IP address. We do not collect your exact location.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a scoping call.
- To route your enquiry to the right person, based on your role and what you are planning.
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the website.
We use your enquiry details because you chose to send them and agreed to be contacted. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
Your details are seen by our team. When you choose to continue on WhatsApp or by email, that message passes through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider under their own terms. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the home page, an embedded LinkedIn posts feed from a third-party provider, which may receive your IP address when those load. We share details with other service providers, such as website hosting, only as far as needed to run the site and respond to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. Website visit records are kept in aggregate form for analysis.
Your choices
